A convention is a perfect place for large format banners such as those like 4x19 vinyl banners. Generally the convention hall will be unadorned so that 4x19 vinyl banners can cover a lot of wall space. These banners can be cheap too because for a convention you can order a plain white background then each booth owner or display can have their logo, name and graphics as the colors. When you use a large vinyl banners you have a lot of room to print information on. In a convention setting there can be an overload of graphics and information because these are not directed at the general public but are intended to impart lots of information in one banner.
Hanging 4x19 Vinyl Banners:
When you are looking at 4x19 vinyl banners it is large so it will require more than one person to display it. If you are hanging it from booth poles you can use zip ties which are quick and easy to use or you can hang it behind a booth on a wall using bungee cords. If the banners are going to be displayed in a parking lot or outside the convention hall then again bungee cords would work as they will allow the banner to move with the bungee cords if it is a windy area.
Storing Vinyl Banners:
When the convention is finished the banners can be taken down and if they need it then can be wiped off with a damp cloth. They must be allowed to dry completely before they are stored. If you still have the original shipping cartons then just roll up the vinyl banners and slip them into the shipping cartons for easy storage. You don’t want to fold the 4x19 vinyl banners as they will become creased and stay that way.
