Since they are so easy to display you can hang them up before the meeting and then remove them after the meeting is finished. You do need to store them each time between uses to make sure they will last a long time. When you remove them if they are dusty or stained, just wipe them down with a damp cloth. When they are dry you can roll them up. If you roll them up before they are dry they may not last as long and they can become wrinkled.
